Condo on the Beach in Oceanside

This unit is on the top floor so it has great views of the ocean and harbor. The condo unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and two decks. This is a two story unit the upstairs master bedroom has it's own large roof top deck with views of the ocean & harbor, a king size bed and a bathroom. The down stairs bedroom has a queen size bed, full size futon, flat screen TV, closet and bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and a deck. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, everything you need to make a great dinner. Unit has internet and all linens are included as well.

North Coast Village has endless amenities to keep you occupied for days. There is a beautiful pool and spa area with bathrooms and a shower. However, there is so much more to do. Want to get out of the condo for dinner but don't want to go out? That's okay it has a BBQ right by the pool for anyone staying in a condo to use. Also, it has a game room with pool tables, flat screen TV, and ping pong table. There is a gym with everything, including showers and a sauna for after the work out. There is a koi fish pond and koi food is avilable. There are multiple laundry rooms and even a small library with plenty of books. Not to mention easy beach and harbor access. There are two garage parking spots available to this unit. 

Just follow one of the many pathways within North Coast Village and you find yourself on the beach. From the condo you can be on the beach in less than two mintues. But there is much more than the beach, feel like going out to get a bite to eat or a coffee? The harbor is walking distance and has many restaurants, cafes and shops. The pier is also within walking distance. Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Lego Land are nearby as well.

A $500.00 security deposit holds your reservation. The deposit, less a $120.00 cleaning fee is returned to you within 2 weeks after your stay if there is no damage or loss.

There is a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax & a 1.5% Oceanside Tourism Marketing District assessment for stays less than 30 days on the rent only portion.

The full amount of rent plus taxes are due 60 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation policy: If canceled 60 days or more prior to stay, security deposit will be refunded. If canceled less than 60 days prior to stay, rent will not be refunded unless we can fill your rent dates, but security deposit will be refunded.

Check in time is 3:00 P.M.  & check out time is 10:00 A.M.

No pets or smoking are allowed.
