2 bath condo in prestigious Ocean Place located next to the Ritz 
Carlton Hotel.  Development built in 1997 and unit remodeled in 2005.
(this is the larger of the 2 bedroom models at Ocean Place)   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bright, beachy decor.  King bed, two twin beds and a queen size 
sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. TV with DVD/VCR, cable 
service/HBO in each bedroom and family room.  Ceiling fans in each 
room. Washer and dryer in the unit. Balcony has 6 chairs and 2 
tables. VHS/DVD movies,Family Board Games,playing cards for kids;
beach chairs,pails, shovels, etc.in storage room.  Storage room is 
locked and large enough for bicycles, golf clubs, etc.  Hair dryers 
in bathrooms.  High-speed internet.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy swimming, tennis, horseback riding, fishing, a walk 
or jog on the beautiful beach, collecting seashells or simply 
relaxing on your balcony with a good book; golf at the champion 
tour tested Golf Club of Amelia Island at "member" rates; spend 
a day exploring the quaint town of Fernandina Beach and its lustrous 
history; there is no shortage of shops and excellent food at 
affordable prices on the island.
