Dune Our Thing in Silver Lake

Dune Our Thing...Is a wonderful 4 bedroom cottage that was purchased new in 2002.  Located in the beautiful Floridale Association, this cottage is only 5 minutes to downtown, the Little Sable Lighthouse and Lake Michigan,  and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes ORV area.

The cottage features 4 roomy bedrooms, having extra sleeping space with a new queen sofa sleeper in living room, along with another couch and love seat.  This home sleeps 12 people.  The cottage also has one full bath with tub/shower combo, and a second bath with a shower only, a gorgeous living room with cathedral ceilings, kitchen and dining room area. 

Enjoy entertaining with family and friends while grilling on our huge 14 x 30 ft covered deck with cathedral ceilings, that has nice patio seating for 12 people. There is ample room for parking in our spacious driveway. 

Dune Our Thing boasts an extra lot with tons of room to play!  Bring your badmiton set, baseball gloves and frisbee.  Relax at our firepit with plenty of seating for campfires under the stars.

The game room down stairs has an Air Hockey table, Foosball Table, and Arcade style basketball hoop. 

The heated pool and clubhouse are just a short walk away on our nature trail, called Spartan Walkway.

Dune Our Thing is located in the newest phase of Floridale Resort with private paved roads away from all the noise & traffic but great for biking and power walks. Come, relax & enjoy

Four roomy bedrooms total. 5 cable tv's. 4 with DVD. Generous supply of family style movies, High Speed Wireless Internet,  Two bedrooms that each have a queen size bed, one bedroom that has a double bed, and another bedroom that has a double and two twin beds.  Each bedroom has Cable TV with DVD Player, alarm clock, pedestal fan, dresser, and spacious closets with sliding mirror doors. Kids can bring their x-box to plug in!

Towels and linens are furnished.  You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Check in is at 3:00pm.  Check out is at 11:00am

Sorry no pets, and no smoking in cottage.

Walk or Ride Bikes to Downtown Silver Lake and enjoy Restaurants,  Ice Cream Shops, Craigs Cruisers which has Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Miniature Golf, an Arcade, Bumper Cars, A Strip Mall with Shops like Cosmic Candy, A Fudge Shop, Clothing Shops, and Barbecue Chicken Eatery,  Mac Wood Dune Rides, Buggy/Jeep/Quad Rentals and Water Craft Rentals.  Our cottage is located just 1.5 miles from Little Pointe Sable Lighthouse State Park on Lake Michigan, With Beautiful Sandy Beach, Where you can actually tour the Light House and climb the Spiral Staircase Inside all the way to the Top and Catch Breath Taking Views of Lake Michigan from the Top While Walking around the Outside, 7 Beautiful Golf Courses in the Area,  Michigan Adventure Amusement Park is less than 20 Miles Away. Dont forget the quaint town of Pentwater, Where you can Stroll the Boardwalk and watch the Boats go in and out to Lake Michigan, While Walking all the way out to Pentwater Pierhead Light, Just a Short Scenic Drive Away. Specialty TShirt Shops, and Eateries.  There is also Horse back riding in the Silver Lake Area,  As well as Canoe Rentals. One More Thing, The Hart to Montague Rail Trail with Scenic Overlooks, for Bicycles, and Bike Rentals are Available.. Also you can Snowmobile or cross country ski on the Rail Trail in Winter..
