Vacation Rental Description

Magnificent, three-story home with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms,  
tower located in beautiful Frangista Beach community in Destin can  
be yours for the memories. This 4500 square foot house with 800  
square feet of decks will allow lovely views of the emerald waters.  
Captivating view of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay from  
20x15 roof top deck. The tower alone has a room for entertaining and  
provides views of five mile vistas of the area.  
The private pool will provide an ample area for games of Marco  
Polo.  The out door hot tub will ease those aching joints.  Access  
to the private pristine sands of the Gulf is just a 100 yards  
away. 
 
This new home is beautifully furnished with antiques, oriental  
carpets, as well as some fun beach art. The third floor has three  
master suites two with king beds and one with a queen. All three  
have private baths.  
 
The second floor is a wonderful open gathering area; the great room  
has large TV for those who want to stay in. The state of the art  
kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and  
is fully-equipped for all those chefs in the making. The dining room  
and breakfast bar can host all those board games and spirited dinner  
discussions. This floor also has two queen bedrooms with private  
baths. 
 
The first floor has a den with ample seating to watch movies as well  
as a kitchenette with microwave to make popcorn and full-size  
refrigerator for those summer time treats. The den is also equipped  
with wet bar and pool table. This floor has three bedrooms a room with 
a single and a bunk,sleeps three, a queen bedroom, with private 
bathroom, and a bunk room which sleeps  
four. Two full size  bathrooms are also on this floor.
