Historic St. Augustine (with multiple attractions) is 15 minutes north; Fort Matanzas Monument is 5 minutes south; Marineland is 10 minutes south; World Golf Village and two public courses are all within 25 minutes; Hammock Dunes is 15 minutes south; and abundant shopping is within 20 minutes at a huge Premium Outlet Mall. This location is excellent for those who want a beach vacation and those who want a vacation with some travel options also. Disney World is just 2 hours south and can easily be a full day trip. The Jacksonville airport is 75 minutes north and Daytona's airport is 45 minutes south.

Rental base rates do not include all taxes and fees. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $75-$80, and taxes are about 10% (state and local combined). Taxes are charged on rental rates only. There will also be a $200 deposit required, refundable within about 14 days of checkout, provided no damage/theft/etc...occurs. This $200 is also used as a reservation deposit. Depending on the circumstances presented, this deposit may be non-refundable, if reservation is cancelled.
