Sunset Lakes is a small gated community surrounded by conservation areas yet only 1 mile from the busy Hwy 192 where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. There is an on-site Community Pool and Tot Lot as well as two beautiful fishing lakes. Being less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World, there's no long drive home after a day at the parks and you're close enough to pop back for a refreshing midday swim (or siesta!) before venturing out again in the evening. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild are a short drive away and there are more than twenty golf courses within easy reach.

Piglet's House is a spacious, family-friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single storey house where we spend our own family vacations. Fully equipped for up to 10 people and, with its own Sparkling Pool, Games Room, FREE Phone Calls and FREE Internet Access, it's sure to be a winner with your family!

The Master-suite, which opens directly onto the pool deck, features a US King Size (6ft) bed, telephone, cable TV & DVD. Its luxurious bathroom has twin basins, a large bath and a separate shower.

Our second bedroom with US Queen Size (5ft) bed has en-suite facilities with shower, toilet & vanity unit. This room has Cable TV & DVD and can be connected to Mickey & Minnie's room through the Jack and Jill bathroom if required (ideal for parents with babies or small children).

Mickey and Minnie's bedroom with its Triple Bunk Bed, Toddler Bed, Cable TV, DVD & PS2 Games Console is always a hit with our visitors. It can share the facilities of the second bedroom or use the nearby bathroom (you choose). A crib, highchair, toddler table/bench set and stroller are available at no extra charge.

The fourth bedroom has Twin beds, Cable TV & DVD. The adjacent full bathroom has a bath with shower over. All the bedrooms have a Clock Radio and each bathroom has its own hair dryer.

Lovingly furnished in contemporary Floridian style with many individual touches the open plan Lounge / Dining Room has comfortable sofas, coffee and lamp tables, a large dining table with eight chairs and an entertainment centre with Flatscreen Cable TV, Blu-Ray Player, CD etc. Its main feature is the huge sliding glass doors which open directly onto the pool deck.

The all American kitchen is so well equipped you may be tempted to eat in! Whether you're preparing a light breakfast by the pool or a gourmet meal under the stars you will find all you need including a George Foreman electric outdoor grill which makes a cookout quick and easy. A separate laundry houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and there's a drying line in the garage. The house is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. For the comfort and health of all our guests smoking and animals are not permitted.

The swimming pool with waterfall feature, insect screen and comfortably furnished patio is everyone's favourite sunny spot and the covered lanai is perfect for alfresco eating. After watching the sun set, switch on the pool lights for a private swim or just relax in the warm evening air reflecting on the day and planning your next expedition!

Located in the garage is our Games Room with Fussball, Ice Hockey and Table Tennis tables. There's a small library of books and a selection of Videos, CDs, Cassettes, Puzzles, Games and a Toybox - so no-one should get bored!

So to sum up - our location is perfect, the accommodation superb so whether you wanting plenty of action or a relaxing break in a home from home Piglet's House will give you a comfortable base for a vacation to remember.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 and signed Booking Form is required to confirm your reservation.

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED 10 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR STAY.

A security deposit is required with the final payment and will be returned once we have received a satisfactory check-out report from our local management company.

Payments can be made by personal check or you can make a card payment though our management company who will make a small charge to handle the transaction.

Daily rates are available on request.
Cleaning charge of $80 for stays of less than one week.

Check-in - any time after 4pm
Check-out - 10am on day of departure to allow cleaners to prepare house for the next
guests.

Occasionally an early check-in or a late check-out can be arranged - please ask for details.

Once we have received full payment an Information Pack will be sent to you with full access details including the codes for the community gates and front door lock so that you can go straight to the house.
