Welcome to Freedom I – a true gem on the gulf!  This spacious 4200 square foot water front, pet friendly home is designed to pamper and delight.  Located in the upscale Morgantown community, Freedom I is a large 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that easily accommodates up to 18 people.  Enjoy the spacious deck, fronting the beach.  Relax on the hammock, big enough for two, as you take in the spectacular view of the gulf.  Stroll down your private boardwalk to the magnificent white sand, pet friendly beach.  Take a dip in one of two pools exclusive to the community, or show off your ace serve on one two tennis courts.  Morgantown is close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to guarantee a rejuvenating and relaxing vacation. 

The main living area of Freedom I is open and inviting with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the large flat screen TV with satellite, Blu-Ray, DVD and VCR.  The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full refrigerator alongside a full freezer, Jenn-Air cooktop, two coffee makers, a blender, an ice machine and granite counter tops.  There is a dining/game table that seats 4 in the living room and the main dining table seats 8.  Two breakfast bars have seating for 6 more.  You will also find a wet bar/beverage center with a built in wine cooler.  Three of Freedom I’s six bedrooms are located on the main floor.  The first, one of three masters, has a King sized bed and a private bath with a step in tile shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom downstairs also features a King bed and a bathroom that can also be accessed from the living room.  The third bedroom downstairs has a set of bunks with a twin upper and double lower. 

The three bedrooms upstairs are all off a central sitting room with a full futon and a half bath.  The upstairs master suite has a King bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, dressing area with a custom glass sink and a sunroom with a sleeper sofa.  But the crowning glory of this room is the view from the oversized semi-circular window – simply amazing!  Upstairs, you’ll also find another king bedroom with a standard bath and another bunk room with a twin upper and a double lower.  All six bedrooms come equipped with Blu-Ray, Satellite Direct TV.  Enjoy your favorite tunes on the stereo with CD player or surf the web with the high speed wireless internet connection.  Break free from the rat race and treat yourself to this one of a kind, luxury home we call Freedom I!

Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you’re getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. 

Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
