Excellent house and location in the heart of SoBe

Everything about this house is exactly as stated. The house itself is very well maintained and everything was in perfect working order. It is obvious that great pride is taken in making sure the house is kept in great condition. Plenty of space and beds for large groups of people without ever feeling crowded.

The pool area was great and was used every day. Lots of palm and bird-of-paradise trees surrounding the area lent a feeling of privacy and the pool is clean and warm.

The location of the house is great too, less than two blocks from a big outdoor mall area and about 5 blocks from the beach. We really didn't need a car except to go get groceries to bring back to the house.

The check-in process was very efficient and very appreciated as all of the features of the house were explained.

Overall an excellent vacation and I will definitely consider staying here on a future vacation.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great Vacation Home

I enthusiastically recommend this lovely home for anyone planning a trip to South Beach.

The Home is beautiful, well appointed and well kept. The staff is very competent and friendly.

Location is litreally walking distance from everything in South Beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. Of special delight is the swimming pool and garden!

Had the Time of My Life!

I rented this home to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday in Miami. I have to say I couldn't have made a better choice. The owner, Dan, was great to work with during the entire process. He was always available during our stay and thought through every intricacy of detail about what was needed for our stay. The property was gorgeous and exactly how it was pictured. The pool area is worth the rental and most importantly the location was key! We were 6 blocks from the beach and two from the mall. Everything was in great conditions...heck even the beds were comfortable. When I arrived home, the owner returned my deposit the next day via wire transfer with no hassle or problems. It was seamless. I can honestly say that I will be back to Miami soon and I can't imagine ever staying anywhere but this place. Thanks Dan.
