Close to everything, this beach getaway lets you enjoy the best that Mission Beach and San Diego has to offer! This home is perfect for a romantic getaway, a group of friends, or a small family.
The condo has all the amenities of home. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, , travertine floors in the bathroom, super comfortable queen bed and entertainment system in the bedroom, and a flat screen tv with digital cable and DVR in the main living area.
Parking is almost a problem in Mission beach but this property comes with one assigned spot and plenty of additional parking on San Fernando Place.
A BBQ is available immediately outside the residence for those mandatory summer BBQ's. The home has all the beach gear you could imagine including beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. We even provide beach toys for the young and young at heart.
This property is walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, and cafes are a stones throw away. The world famous Belmont Park with the Giant Dipper roller coaster only a few hundred yards away. Grassy parks and playgrounds are directly across from the home and back up to the world famous San Diego boardwalk and beach.
If the ocean isn't your thing, the bay is the same distance away as the beach. Visit the bay for a more relaxed day and better views of sailboats, paddle boarders, kite surfers, and the daily Sea World fireworks.
