You will feel completely at home in our private 4,000 sq. ft. Douglas townhouse with three floors of living space.  This beautifully cottage-decorated home is well appointed and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths which sleeps 10 people very comfortably.  The home also includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a large living room; and a family room with theater style seating, large HDTV, shuffle board, and foosball table.

Relax on the deck or balcony with full views of Saugatuck's harbor.  The huge outdoor area is ideal for a game of bocce', badminton, or softball.  Our association offers a swimming pool, a picnic area, children's playground, and full-service marina.  Two public beaches (Douglas and Oval Beach) are only a few minutes away by car or bike . . . or walk to downtown Douglas or to the Chain Ferry for a ride across the river into downtown Saugatuck.

A journal featuring all the local happenings in the area; restaurant menus; and a calendar of events is available in the home to assist you in planning your dream vacation.  So, whether you are visiting during one of the holidays, the Waterfront Film Festival, the Venetian Festival, or just one of Pure Michigan's summer weeks, there is something to do for everyone.

The 2013 rental rate is $2,900 per week.  A 50% deposit is due when confirming the reservation in order to hold the week.  The remaining balance is due 30-days prior to the arrival date.

Our home rents on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday schedule) from May through September.  Check-in is 3:00 PM (EDT) or later;  Check-out is on or before 11:00 AM (EDT).
