The Taylor House a historic seaside property in Ocean City

Classic 1920s seaside beach house. Large, plenty of room for
everyone. The fireplace was built from granite from the 1750's
Henlopen Lighthouse ruins in 1924. It operated as a club/speakeasy
during the 1930's prohibition era. Pecky cypress paneling in many of
the rooms, most floors are oak hardwood. A little bit of Ocean City
history, only a 30 second walk to the boardwalk on 10th street.

applianced. Large front porch overlooking Balt. Ave, with a smaller
back deck. Fenced front yard for child safety. 5 color tvs with 2
VCRs and 2 w/DVDs. Plenty of offstreet parking(4)cars). You are
1 block, (1 minute walk) from the beach and boardwalk !! There is a
laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage.

Beach and boardwalk. Swimming in the ocean, 10 golf courses within 15
miles. Fine dining, fishing(pier or charter), crabbing, shopping
(factory outlets). Asseteague Island with famous ponies about a 15
minute drive. Amusement parks and all kinds of nightclubs.

In Season $2500 - $3500 per week(plus taxes and security deposit).
Rates are higher for non-financially established groups. Bring the
whole family, so much to do, everyone will be happy. Don't be stuck
