This impeccably decorated home was built in 2011 and boasts over 3,000 sq. ft of indoor air conditioned space and about 1400 sq. ft of additional space outdoors. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The home is across from a beautiful park that provides incredible privacy and serenity. This home has been furnished to the highest standards and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and includes a state of the art gourmet kitchen with gas cooking and ample entertaining space. Indoor dining includes a formal dining area for eight, a breakfast table for four, plus seating for three at the breakfast bar. Outdoor dining easily accommodates 8 -10 around our beautiful outdoor table. The home has WIFI and a 3 car garage.

While you sit on the screened in deck, with its sunny south horizon, you are assured of sun all day and panoramic lake views . The heated pool is complete with underwater mulitcolored lighting, sun shelf, swim up bar and waterfall. The incredible spa has 8 powerful air jets that work back and shoulders at the same time with seating for 8. The pool and spa utilize the most advanced salt water sanitization system available. Sparkling clean, fresh and safe water with no more chlorine odor, stinging eyes, irritated skin or bleached out swimsuits that you may get with conventional chemical pools. The best filter system available ensures the water is absolutely crystal clear. The pool and spa heat with natural gas which takes getting them warm a fraction of the time a normal electric pool/spa heater would take. No more long two hour waits for the hot tub to heat up! Two sun loungers, 2 rockers with rocking ottomans provide comfortable informal seating under the lanai with a dining table. An outdoor High Def television with full cable makes the lanai an outdoor family room.

Watch the beautiful lighted fountain on the lake while you relax on the deck,
enjoying magnificent sunsets every night or cooking the evening meal
on the 3 burner BBQ grill complete with a rotisserie as well as a sink, outdoor refrigerator and granite countertops.

This new 20,000 sq ft Clubhouse houses a 3,5000 sq ft fitness

and computer room. Fitness classes are scheduled daily and personal 
trainers are available on an individual basis. 

The Spa provides a wide range of massage and beauty therapies, which 
can be booked with the Concierge. 

Outside, in a tropical setting there is a lagoon pool with cabanas, 
beach, waterfalls and your own tropical island! There is also a lap 
pool for the fitness swimmer as well as a tots' waterpark for our 
younger guests. The poolside tiki bar provides refreshments and 
light dining. 

If you desire the ultimate in pampering, have a poolside massage or 
for true decadence, a massage can be booked under the waterfall! 

For the energetic, there are 7 floodlit Har-Tru tennis courts with a 
full supporting Pro shop. Lessons can be arranged. Brush up on your 
baskets with the half basketball couort, or take it easy on the 2 
bocce courts.
