Beautiful 1/2 waterfront home in Ashville, NY, set on a walled canal on the southwest side of peaceful Lake Chautauqua. The house has a private dock for fishing, boating, kayaking or tanning. Within 10 miles of historic Chautauqua Institution, our home is perfect for making family memories. Enjoy the serene setting and beautiful views as you dine or just relax on the large upper porch that stretches the width of the house.
Three bedrooms plus futon loft with two full baths and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher (coffee pot, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, silverware). Includes cable, two flatscreen TVs with DVD players along with games, puzzles and books. WiFi included. Central Air newly installed. Washer/Dryer.
Master bedroom has queen size bed. Other bedrooms have double bed, or two twin beds which can be easily converted to a King (with new mattresses) . Futon is a queen size bed. All linens are supplied. (except beach towels). This house sleeps eight comfortably.
Dock has private sitting area. Side yard has patio complete with large dining table and chairs and gas grill. Side yard also boasts a regulation-sized horseshoe pit set.
If this is not enough room, and since we rarely get to the house ourselves, inquire qbout renting the "owner's side" instead, or, rent both sides and sleep a total of 19 comfortably.
No Pets Please.

Our home is located just a short 10 miles from the historic Chautauqua Institution. And we are only 7 miles away from the town of Bemus Pt., which boasts fine dining, unique shops, outdoor lakeside concerts, and many, many more activities for the ultimate Chautauqua experience! Other activities and attractions in the area include golf, waterskiing, boat rentals, hiking, antiquing, Midway Amusement Park, hot-air balloon rides, Summerwind cruises, museums, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, just to name a FEW!
Two miles from Chautauqua mall, Home Depot, Wal-mart etc.
15 minutes to Chautauqua Institution, 25 minutes to Westfield wine country, 45 to Holiday Valley Ski and Golf Resort. 1 1/2 hours to Niagara Falls
