All reservations require a security deposit of $200.00 to guard against damages.  Or you may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $39.00 in lieu of the $200.00 Security Deposit.

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment.  Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Cards.
