Welcome to Sun Up-Sun Down.  Located on the "Lollipop" sound on the north end of Wrightsville Beach, this classic beach cottage offer views of the sunrise over the Atlantic and sunsets over the sound.  Enter the home and find yourself in a spacious and comfortable home.  To your right is the kitchen, with all the modern appointments and plenty of space for preparing meals.  The living area is an open floor plan that offers plenty of space and comfort.  The unique location of the property, combined with the large glass doors and windows, allows views of both the Atlantic Ocean and sound right from the couch.  The living area also includes a dining table with seating for 6 and 2nd dining table with seating for 4.  Step outside on the porch and enjoy the terrific panoramic views of the ocean and sound from the large, 360 degree wrap-around porch.  On the north side of the living area is the master bedroom.  The master bedroom offers a king bed and a full bath with double vanity.  There are 2 guests rooms on the south side of the living area that each offer a queen size bed and share a full bath with a double vanity.  Head downstairs and find the 4th bedroom that is perfect for the kids.  The 4th bedroom offers a bunk set, 3 twin beds, and 1 full bed, with a full bathroom.  Enjoy your days at the beach or the sound.  The beach access is just a short walk, while the sound access is right out your back door.  The property features and large boat slip and gazebo with lights, water, and fish cleaning table.  There is also a sound side beach at low tide and a swim platform and ladder to make it easy to get in and out of the water.  Sun Up-Sun Down truly offers the best of the beach and is sure to have you and your family coming back for years to come

All reservations are offered optional Travel Insurance

All reservations require a security deposit of $800.00 to guard against damages. Or you may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $39.00 in lieu of the $800.00 Security Deposit.

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa, or MasterCard Credit Cards.
