Charming eight room waterfront home with spectacular views of Hingham Harbor and World's End.   "The Point" has 3 bedrooms (master with a queen size bed, two twin beds in the second bedroom and double bed in the third bedroom). The bedrooms and full bath are on the second level, and the 1/2 bath is on the first level. There is also a den on the first floor which has a double futon.


This is a perfect spot for enjoying the summer months, watching the boats go by, or going to Nantasket Beach only one mile from the house.  The sunny porch is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. You can also enjoy kayaking and swimming just steps away at the private beach.  The commuter boat to Boston or Logan Airport is a 15 minute drive from  the house.  Enjoy wonderful restaurants scattered throughout Hull, Hingham and Cohasset.

Historic Hull is a coastal town located 20 miles south of Boston. The commuter ferry and commuter rail to Boston are a quick 15 minute drive from the house.  A long-time vacation community with many restaurants, shops and beaches.  Hull provides many opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing and viewing sunsets.

Fabulous older home with comfortable family feel

This is our second year renting a home in Hull and we will likely go back again. If available, we would love to rent this home again. We all enjoyed renting a place that felt like it had history and a story to tell. We were glad that the owners did not strip the home of all signs of their family as other lessors do.
The house is still greatly convenient to the sandy Nantasket beach as well as its own rocky beach and the ferry transport into Boston. Prospective renters should check out the tide chart before going to make sure they plan their days to access the beach in front of the house at sunset at low tide. The kids loved the Paragon carousel and the view from Fort Revere. There is an awesome bakery on the main street in Hull. The cable channels were much better than last year's rental which made the kids happy. I personally loved that I wasn't expected to wash the sheets as we were last year. It would be impossible to get that done before starting a 10 hr drive home. The beds were great. The only things I would recommend would be adding a big stock pot to cook fresh mussels from the beach and some plastic cups for the kids. The owners have such nice things and kids aren't as careful as they could be. We would definitely recommend the house and will hopefully be back ourselves.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Special, lovely home exceeded our expectations

We were new to Hull. We wanted to rent a house because we were participating in the Swim Across America Cancer Fund Raising event at Nantasket Beach. This is a large house, with unbelievable views of the water from all rooms. We lived on the enclosed porch. The beds were new and very comfy. The landlords were awesome. The house was on the point;very quiet and private but just a short 1 mile walk to the beach. The beach is amazing. Lovely sand, great parking, fun town. We will return next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway
