There is cable tv in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The complex has a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and recreation room with Wi-Fi .

The beach provides a chance to swim, stroll, build sandcastles or relax in the sunshine. You are a few miles from Canaveral National Seashore, a park that features historic Eldora House, a remnant of 1800s Florida as well as canoeing, kayaking, hiking, fishing and is the place where many large sea turtles nest. The town has several parks, art galleries, historic sites, excellent library. an award winning history museum and quaint shops. During the year there are many art festivals, wine walks, and monthly old car shows.There are many excellent restaurants of all types. Daytona Speedway is less than 30 minutes away. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse is about 35 mintes away.There are at least 35 golf courses within a 45 minutes drive. The Space Center is less than an hour. The Orlando Theme Parks are 1 to 1 and a half hours away.
