This two-story, single-family home offers four bedrooms and two full baths, and also includes a popular outdoor shower and plenty of outside living space on the screened porch, yard, deck and dock. The first floor includes a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in each of two additional rooms, and a full bath. A spacious bedroom with three twin beds and a full bath are on the second floor. The kitchen conveniently adjoins a great room with living and dining areas. Wireless internet service, complete laundry facilities, back yard and view of the lagoon complete the package! Our home is available by the week(s) June through October 2012 and weeks or weekends otherwise.

Weekly rates are available and prorated for either 6 or 7 nights depending on availability. (Some of our guests prefer to travel on Sundays.) A $500 security deposit is required, which is refunded if property is left clean and in good order.
