Yes! this is a piece of Florida Paradise! It is catching...catching the sun,  catching fish from your own back yard, catching some zzzz's, catching a ride in your boat!... and all  from the comfort of our lovely home.

This is the perfect location for the sun and sea seeker. You are located on a large lake with a 5 minute deep water access to  Charlotte Harbor, and some of  the best sheltered fishing in Florida. Bring your  fishing, sail or motor boats and moor to the fixed dock or kayak and row from the floating dock. Fish from your own dock and no license is required. Relax in the pool  and enjoy a drink as the sun sets over the water. You like to golf? We have many courses with in a short drive.

This well designed home has two master suits with  queen beds and their own bathrooms. These rooms are located  on opposite sides of the house.  They both have TV's. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a queen size inflatable bed available. The nice size kitchen has a breakfast nook and desk /office area.  The dining room looks out over the pool and the living room has comfortable furniture and a  large screen TV. The pool is inside a cage and also has a removable child proof barrier. The lanai has a covered space with patio outdoor furniture.  There is a one car garage for a vehicle.The home is situated on a quiet street and is close to the beaches, golf courses, shopping and airports. Note: December is a wonderful time to be here. The Charlotte Harbor Punta Gorda Illuminated  Boat Parade  gathers and begins  on our lake before heading across the harbor to Punta Gorda Isles. Homes around the perimeter decorate with colorful Christmas lights, Through out the month the lighted festivities continue.

General: air conditioning, central heating, linens provided, towels provided, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, Comcast cable TV ,and WiFi internet access, hair drier, BBQ grill, 4 TVs, ironing board with iron, washer and drier.

Kitchen: 4 burner electric stove, fullsize oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, cooking utensils, blender. This is a fully equipped kitchen.

Dining room: sits 8 to 10

Bathrooms: 3 with showers and 2 with tubs and one master has a double sink. 

Garage: Space  for one car. Also contains the washer and drier.

Wireless Internet Access is available.

Fixed dock and floating dock. You can moore your motor or sailboat here and there are no bridges between us and the open water of Charlotte Harbor. The floating dock provides easy access for small boats and kayaks. There is a boat ramp just 2 miles from our home at the Charlotte County Beach Park. The lake and connecting canals are deep water access.

This area has many attractions. Close by is a local county beach park and boat ramp. The area has many fresh and salt water boat ramps for the fisherman or kayaker.  There are MANY golf courses with in a short drive. Gulf beaches are 20 minutes away. There are shopping facilities and restaurants close at hand.  

Charlotte harbor has some of the best fishing in Florida and there is easy access to deep sea fishing in  the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Grande Pass. There are many restaurants that can be reached by boat.

Mid season             May 1st - Oct 31st  $900 per week    $2200 per month 

Winter season        Nov 1st - April 30th  $ 1150 per  week      $2800 per month

State and local taxes will be added @ 12%

Cleaning fee $125

Pet fee $100 per pet up to 2  dogs only NO CATS.

Deposit of  $500 due with reservation  to hold desired dates, converts to Security Deposit upon arrival. Payment will be due, in full, one month prior to occupancy.
