7-BD+/4-BA oceanfront duplex is available year round. The house is nicely furnished with HDTVs with ongoing upgrades. Walk to restaurants, shops and bike to the NEWPORT BEACH PIER or The HUNTINGTON BEACH PIER (both just 2 miles away). Huge oceanfront patio on the sand with a gas barbeque, fire pit, lounge chairs and a nice patio table! Parking garage is available for two cars with a washer and dryer. The beach in front of the house is called in the surfing community the “River Jeddies” known worldwide as a great surfing location. The house is also near a natural swimming pool formed when tidal water enters the channel. There is also a park with playground equipment behind the house. The house is a duplex consisting of the following-Unit A (3 Bedroom/2BA)-Sleeps 6-8 and Unit B (4 Bedrooms/2BA+ sofa sleeper)-sleeps 10-12. The house is also located a short distance from amusement parks DISNEYLAND and KNOTTS BERRY FARM and within an hour of UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and SEAWORLD.
