The Sunset Dream House is located in HUNTINGTON BEACH (Sunset), California and consists of a 3 story mansion with 7 bedrooms/living areas on the beach in one of the more exclusive and private parts of HUNTINGTON BEACH AREA (Sunset Beach), but yet still close to the action of the HUNTINGTON BEACH PIER area with all of the world famous Surfing Contests, extreme sports, great restaurants and bars etc. The house is nicely furnished with HDTVs, bbqs, washer and dryer, luxury furniture and a pool table all within a tropical beachfront setting with daily dolphin sitings in front of the house. Walk to restaurants CAPTAIN JACKS, HARPOON HARRY’S, KING NEPTUNES, HARBOR HOUSE CAFÉ, TSUNAMI’s, and Taco Mesa, shops and bike to the HUNTINGTON BEACH PIER or take a longer ride to The NEWPORT BEACH PIER. Huge oceanfront patio on the sand and a huge patio on the third floor (panoramic views) with a gas and charcoal barbeque, fire pit and a nice patio table and umbrella! A washers and dryer are conveniently located within each unit. The beach in front of the house is called “SUNSET BEACH” known worldwide as a great location to watch the most amazing sunsets every evening. The house is across the street from HUNTINGTON HARBOR and provides easy access to biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, CATALINA ISLAND, Harbor Cruises. There is also a park with playground equipment behind the house. The house is also located a short distance from amusement parks DISNEYLAND, KNOTTS BERRY FARM, AND THE AQUARIUM OF THE PACIFIC.
