Enjoy the quiet, spacious and relaxed atmosphere that Brigantine island has to offer.
STORM UPDATE: Our place is fully functional and in its normal good condition. It had only some minor wind damage from Hurricane Sandy in Oct'2012, and those minor items have been fixed (some loose shingles, siding, etc.). We had NO Water or Flood damage. Also, the Beach sand has been replenished so the beach is in great shape!
Beach block -just cross the street to the Beach - Our place is just 3 houses from the corner, just cross one street and you're at the beach. Easily go to and from the beach all day long. The beach at our street has a lifeguard, so you don't have to walk any distance left or right to swim.
We have a driveway (1 car), and if you have more cars street parking is almost always easy and very close (free -no meters).
We have recently redecorated inside (Spring 2012). Enjoy relaxing or eating on the screened-in back porch under the ceiling fan. Enjoy the fresh air feeling of the outside screened-in private shower. Enjoy the rear lawn for backyard games or cookouts.
