House on the River just above the lake in Shasta Lake

Located on the wild and scenic Upper Sacramento River,this totally private lodge is
25 minutes from Redding, five minutes from Lake Shasta and thirty
minutes from Mount Shasta. The lodge sits on its own private mesa
overlooking the water and is the only structure for over twenty miles up
and down the river yet very convenient to stores,restaurants and boat
ramps.

This former fishing lodge has spacious bedrooms,a gourmet kitchen
with 2 sinks,2 refrigerators,2 dishwashers 2 ovens and 3 BBQ's. The
500 sq. ft. greatroom has a full bar w/6 bar stools,a kegerator, full
size tournament grade pool table,2 leather couches, beautiful river
rock fireplace, numerous Tiffany lamps,7'flat screen t.v. w/satellite
and surround sound. The formal dining room has a 16' table that can
accomodate up to 18 people.The lodge is surrounded by a 15,000 sq.
ft. manicured lawn and a blue ribbon trout stream is just outside the
front door.Not to be forgotten is the gorgeous natural swimming hole
with beach just steps from the house. We are now offering a replica of a Greek Pavilion as a wedding
venue for an additional fee. A 2000 sq. ft. annex is available upon request and can accomodate 10
xtra guests.

$3450 per week - $495 per day/3day minimum. $500 security deposit.
