Newly Renovated Home in Fruit and Nut district in Fairhope

Located in the heart of downtown Fairhope, it's the perfect place to enjoy all Fairhope has to offer.  It is a newly renovated home that has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an office.  The downstairs of the home has new Australian Cypress hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a remodeled kitchen.  The back porch has a charcoal grill that will handle all of your grilling needs and is located on a very quiet and relaxing street.  We are in the Fruit and Nut district, which is just a few blocks from the bay!  We are also just a few blocks from downtown where you can enjoy lots of shopping, restaurants, antiquing, local artist and much more.  While out shopping, Fairhope offers several breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices...a few which were featured on the Food Network channel.  Also only minutes from the home is the historic Grand Hotel which offers spa, golf and fine dining.  Gulf Shores is about 30 minutes to the south were the gulf beaches and waterparks are located.

The house is provided with all linens, kitchen accessories, etc.  The house is walking distance to downtown Fairhope and the bay!  Charcoal grill is provided on back deck with outside seating area.  Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator provided.  Cable and internet provided.  Tv located in the living area and also the master bedroom!

Located in the Fruit and Nut district, the house is walking distance downtown to local shops and restaurants.  It is also walking distance to the bay and the famous Fairhope Pier!
