Vacation Rental Description
This is the nicest rental in the neighborhood. Five year old house
with four very spacious bedrooms and large closets. Walk past 8 houses to reach
the beach! Two bedrooms with queen beds and ocean views and two bedrooms with
two twins each. One block from ocean beach (Scarborough)with cool breezes.
New appliances. Lots of windows-very good lighting. Tile entry with
large closet. Living room has large L-shaped sofa and is open to
dining room and kitchen. Kitchen has breakfast bar and dining room
has very large marble table. Completely equipped with all
dishes/pots, etc--coffee maker, blender! Dining room opens onto 16 x
12 trex deck, patio with picnic table, and 2nd deck, and a nice sunny yard with outdoor
shower. Everything is light and airy-very welcoming, and CLEAN!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Washer/dryer, overhead fans in every room, microwave, coffee maker,
large deck with gas grill, clothes line, nice yard, parking for 5
cars in driveway, outdoor hot/cold shower, picnic table, wonderful great room,
digital cable TV and DVD, internet.
Oceanviews from 2nd floor.
Activities and Attractions
Our ocean beach (Scarborough) has great boogie- and skim-boarding, body surfing,
fishing or just relaxing. Three minutes to very good surfing
beaches. Two blocks to playground with swings and slide, tennis and
basketball. Short drive to Trio or Spain Restaurants, clam shacks or Galilee
(Block Island ferry). Three miles to batting cages, mini-golf,
go-carts, in-line skating. Area is relatively flat for good
walking, bicycles or jogging. South County Bike Path nearby. Lots of
restaurants around-from fancy to family style. Twenty minutes to
Newport or Westerly; 45 min. to Providence, Foxwoods or Mystic.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates in: June- $3300/month or $1500/week.
July/August-$2700/week. Can be rented as a five bedroom house with 3 1/2 baths for $3100/week.
Winter rentals possible. Discount for multiple weeks.
Also available for season: Sept-May: $2100/month/4 bedrooms or $2600/month for 5 bedrooms.
No pets, please.
