This is a newly built vacaiton home that has been completed in June of 2011.  The home is 1900 sqft in size and located across the street from Mobile Bay.  Even though the home is not located on the bay you still have a spectacular bay views from several rooms thoughout the home.  The downstairs of the home has new Brazillian Cherry hardwood floors throughout the living room and master bedroom.  The kitchen cabinets are custom built and integrated with all new appliances.  The upstairs of the home has 2 guest bedrooms with a full bath.  The back porch has a charcoal grill that will handle all of your grilling needs and is located on a very quiet and relaxing street.  The home is centered between 2 boat launches , one that is 1.5 miles away from the home and the other 3 miles away.  Also, there is Mary Ann Beach park .5 miles where you and your family have bay access to go swimming and also enjoy afternoon picnics!  This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is just minutes from downtown Fairhope.  There is plenty of shopping from antiques to clothes.  While out shopping Fairhope offers several breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices.  Also, only minutes from the home is the historic Grand Hotel which offers spa, golf, and fine dining.  Gulf Shores is about 30 minutes to the south where the gulf beaches and waterparks are located.
