This home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is a 3 level
house. Off street parking for 2 cars. This house is non-smoking.
First level features the living room, a half bathroom, and a seperate area with 2
bedrooms. One has a king bed and the second room has a double bed. There is a full bathroom. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave and a living room as well.
On the way to the second level there is a sitting area.
The second level features a full size kitchen with an outside
balcony.
The third floor features 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a kigb bed with a full bathroom in the bedroom.
There is a full bathroom in the hallway.
There is a basement with a queen sofabed. The washer and dryer is located there as well.
There is a small fenced in yard on the side of the house.
Security deposit of $400.00 required and is refundable a 2 weeks
from the check out date in a form of a check.
A deposit of $600.00 is required to confirm reservation. All
balances must be paid in full a month in advance.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days or before the check in date there
will be a 25% cancellation fee. 30 days or less before the check in date no
money will be refunded.
