$300. per night up to 6 guests. 
$350. per night up to 8 guests.  
$1800. per week up to 6 guests. 
$2100. per week up to 8 guests. 
PLUS 15% city/state tax 
$4500. per month.  No tax on 30+ night stays. 
Security/damage deposit required. Refunded after home inspection. 
ACL 2008 BOOKED. Rates will differ for SXSX & ACL.
