Gulfside Sands is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in quiet Gulfside
Villas right on Indian Rocks Beach. Privately owned and operated,
Gulfside Villas is a small complex of 20 units, perfect for a
peaceful relaxing Florida beach vacation. This spacious townhome was
recently remodeled with a tropical decor and plantation shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with corian countertops and new oak
cabinets. All bathrooms have also been remodeled.
There is a private entrance and covered car storage for two
vehicles... no elevators to wait for; just step outside to the
beautiful white sand of Indian Rocks Beach. There are 3 bedrooms, 1
king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds all fitted with 600 count sheets,
featherbed tops, and down comforters. After a long day on the beach
there are some of the finest restaurants within a short walk or
drive, Saltrock Grill, Friendly Fisherman, Lobster Pot, The Wine
Cellar, and Guppys. There are also many right across the street P.J.'s, Crabby
Bills, Brewmasters, The Blue Marlin, and My Place on the Beach.
It is a short 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and
Busch Gardens not to mention all the fine dining and shopping there.
Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and MGM are only 90
minutes away. John's Pass, and the Clearwater Marina offer chater
boat fishing, dinnerboat and casino cruises.

There is a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. A 25%
reservation deposit is required to hold the unit for the dates you have requested.
Reservation deposit will be refunded provided cancellation notice is received within 60 days of
check in.
Security deposit will be refunded provided the unit
is left in good condition.
Rental balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to check in.
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00pm Check out
is 11:00 am
