The Stone House sits on a hill surrounded by woods on three sides, overlooking the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. It has an unparalleled view, and the sunsets are spectacular. The house was built in 2002, with all the modern conveniences. With a pool, zip-line, climbing/swing set, trampoline, yoga studio, play cottage, you don't have to leave the premises to get a summer full of fun.
Available only for June, July, August.
The house is rented by the week only.

A $500 deposit per week of your stay is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied to your rental fee, and which is non-refundable.
The remainder of the rent is due 45 days before your rental date, or upon signing agreement.
$1,000 security fee is required at the same time as your reservation deposit, which will be refunded to you upon completion of your vacation, less any damages or unusual cleanup.
A $200 cleaning charge will be added to your rent. Cleaning service is not included. We will provide a reference upon request.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval of the owner, and a cleaning fee of $75 per dog will be assessed.
