Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the awesome lake, mountain & sunset views from this private  
entry suite with floor to ceiling windows. The huge furnished living  
room has TV/VCR/DVD viewing. Our bright kitchen is fully  
equipped . There are two very comfy bedrooms (one with queen bed  
and one with twin beds). The bathroom has a large shower, heat lamps  
and piped in music. Enjoy the extensive library in the hall. The  
patio area has lounge chairs, patio table set, hot tub and a Bar-B-Q  
for guest use.*All linens supplied but not paper goods or beach towels. 
**This suite stays lovely and cool in the summer! Smoking is  
allowed outside, only.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large 80 foot upper deck with spectacular views. 
Lower patio with great views as well. 
Firepit for roasting weiners and gathering to chat.   
Hot tublooking out across the lake.  
Plenty of room for your RV & boat - Great boat launch 4.5 kms. 
Hiking trails: We are on 10 acres, with gorgeous views and lots of  
area to explore. Bring your camera! (deer sightings are common) 
 
Shannon Beach in Eagle Bay: A short walk from the bottom of the  
driveway or less than a minute by car. The water is very  clean and  
very temperate. Aqua socks are recommended on pebble beach. 
Huge parking lot across the road, picninc tables, washroom. 
 
Eagle's Realm Driving Range/Pitch & Putt with restaurant (1 min) 
Eagle Bay Store/liquor outlet/post office- 3 mins.west 
Bayshore Grill and Marina (Boats/water toy rentals)20 min west. 
Shuswap Golf & Country Club & pub/market is nearby in Blind Bay. 
 
Visit scenic  Margaret Falls/Herald Park and our two award winning 
wineries just minutes down the highway. 
Sorrento am market-Saturdays. Salmon Arm Markets Tues/Fri am. 
 
Winter time is fun time as well, with tobogganing, snowshoeing and  
cross country skiing right on the property!

Activities and Attractions

We are in a resort area with many seasonal activities: 
Country markets, super golfing, water sports, fishing, dining, wine  
tours, arts, antiques, riding, skiing. Some dates to remember are: 
The Roots and Blues Festival in August, the Salmon Arm Country Fall  
Fair - September, and the world famous Adams River Salmon Run early  
October on the north shore.

Please note: This is a private entry Suite not a cabin. It can be  
rented as a one or two bedroom suite. As a  One bedroom suite - by  
the week  - $750 Canadian inclusive. 
(*Based on double occupancy) 
As a  two bedroom suite - by the week  - $850.Canadian inclusive. 
(*Based on four people staying) no tax 
 
(suite can be booked for less than one week but you would pay for the week- 
as it breaks up a one week block to rent to someone else)
