We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. 3 bedroom 3 bath located on the boardwalk in Mission Beach between Island and Isthmus court. This home is available year round.

The entry level offers a spectacular view. There is a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Cable TV, VCR and Stereo. The living area opens onto a deck overlooking the beach, boardwalk and sunset!

The open kitchen and dining area also offer the ocean view and are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and also has a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The dining area offer seating and also open kitchen. There is a fireplace that is open ended into the living area and it is gas operated. The sunset can be seen from the living area, dining, kitchen and master bedroom! Oh yes and the oceanfront deck! The main level offers one bathroom with shower and stairs lead to the 2nd level that offers the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. There is a 2nd bath in this area as well that offers an additional shower and the 3rd bedroom offers 1 queen bed.

The master bedroom looks out to the ocean. You can listen to the surf and watch the sunset from the queen size bed. There is a TV also and private bath with a tub. The bedroom has a balcony off of the window area for your outside enjoyment. The view from this room is beautiful and offers oceanfront at its best!

There is a 3rd level to this home that has a private rooftop area. It is not suitable for small children however it does offer a view and privacy.

The parking for this home is for up to a Suburban. Please call ahead if you have an oversized Suburban to get the exact measurements. Due to the parking restraints at the beach we can not guarantee your vehicle will fit into the garage if it is larger than a midsize SUV. There is also a gate on the south side that will accommodate a very small car or motorcycle. We do not reccommend this to be used for parking but it is a great storage area for bikes and beach items. Please contact us prior to reserving this home to verify the availability.

• Sept to May we require 3 night minimum, Holidays 7 night minimum (please call if you require less than 7 days as we may be flexible on certain holidays)
• Monthly Rates require 30 days or more. Monthly rates my vary depending on the time of year ex: One month over a holiday period will be greater than one month over no holidays.
• Some properties require 6 month lease for specific rate.
• Summer 5/25-9/10 we require Saturday to Saturday reservation 7 night minimum. June of 2009 will offer Friday to Friday reservation only. Sorry no exceptions can be made.
• $350-500.00 refundable reservation/damage deposit required on each vacation home
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax required in addtion to rental rates on all reservation under 30 days.
• Cleaning fee is assessed and required on all vacation homes.
• All rates are plus 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax for rental under 30 days
