You can make an online reservation today!! This cottage is located on San Jose Place located on the bayside in Mission Beach is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom completely remodeled beach house. This is the most romantic cottage in Mission Beach. Just a few steps to the bayfront and a couple minute walk over to the Ocean front. It is located in a wonderful area of North Mission Beach next to a Bakery! There are several different restaurants within walking as well as deli, and small grocery store. There is also public transportation stop for guests that do not have a vehicle. This home offers High-speed internet! This cottage will accommodate up to 4 guests. This cozy cottage offers Cable TV, with high speed internet. It is complete with VCR, DVD and CD Stereo. The living, kitchen and dining area are open to one another for a more spacious feel. The living area is nicley decorated with leather furnishings, oak tables, and velvety curtains. There is a queen sofa sleeper and Gas fireplace with wall thermostat. Very Romantic! This cottage is perfect for honey-mooners! The dining area will seat 4 guests with lovely windows and open into the living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new dishwasher, Microwave, gas stove, refridge, coffee maker,toaster, and blender. It opens to the dining and living area. Bathroom offers beautiful slate surrounding with shower and a skylight that opens and closes. The natural lighting offers a warm comfortable feel. The bedroom offers a queen bed and side sliding door for a nice light atmosphere. There is high speed internet connection in the bedroom with a working desk area. The hot tub is located through the sliding glass door to a private patio area with 20 ft fence and open to the stars! The hot tub area also offers an out door table with a couple of chairs. There are a few beach chairs with this home and an outdoor shower on the east side. The garage is fully enclosed for up to one midsize vehicle. Measurements of garage entry are 6'high-9'wide-16'long. This home comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, 2 boogie boards and a gas grill! It really does have everything you will need for your perfect holiday! There is also a washer and dryer located inside the cottage. Just steps to the bayside beach and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean for our fabulous sunsets! Within walking to the locals favorite eateries "Saska's Steak House and Sushi" or the "Mission Cafe" (Try the blackberry/banana pancakes........) This is one of our most popular homes and it is available year round. There is a 3 night min Sept-May season and Sat to Sat in the summer season. Monthly rate and holiday rate quotes may be higher than the website offers when you ask for a rate quote. Please call us for actual rates if you are staying 30 days +.   Holidays 7 night minimum (please call if you require less than 7 days as
  we may be flexible on certain holidays)
• Monthly Rates require 30 days or
  more. Monthly rates my vary depending on the time of year ex: One month
  over a holiday period will be greater than one month over no holidays.
• Some properties require 6 month lease for specific rate.
• Summer 5/25-9/10 we require
  Saturday to Saturday reservation 7 night minimum. June of 2009 will
  offer Friday to Friday reservation only. Sorry no exceptions can be
  made.
• $350-500.00 refundable reservation/damage deposit required on each vacation home
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax required in addtion to rental rates on all reservation under 30 days.
• Cleaning fee is assessed and required on all vacation homes.
• All rates are plus 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax for rental under 30 days
