You can reserve this home online right now. This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer season and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom oceanfront condo is available year-round and is perfect for 4 guests but it will accommodate up to 6 guests with the sleeper sofa. The views are awesome from almost every room including the entry way at the stairs! Located on the 2nd floor of this 8 unit complex with a private roof top deck exclusive for your use on the waters edge in Mission Beach at Isthmus Court and Oceanfront Walk. This home offers high speed wireless internet access .

The open kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishware, and even an oceanview. It opens to the living area and looks out at the ocean. The dining area is right next to the kitchen with table seating for four. There is a breakfast bar with additional bar-stool seating that looks into the kitchen.

Watch the sunset and sip on your beverage of choice from the private roof top deck perfect for outdoor dining. Gas BBQ and patio seating.....watch the fireworks from Sea World in the summer time and the gorgeous sunsets year-round! We also offer two beach cruiser bicycles, two boogie boards, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. The living area is cozy with the best view of all. You can put your feet up and watch the sunset, listen to the sound of the surf when you open the window , or just people watch right from the queen sleeper sofa.

There is cable television with a DVD in the living area. There is a view from the 1st bedroom with a queen size bed. This bed was replaced in May of 2009 & the box spring in November of 2009. There are 2 BRAND NEW twin beds (as of March 2010) in the second bedroom along with a small Television that also has a DVD for the little ones!!

This condominium was built in 2001. It is a newer building and offers some of the best views in Mission Beach.

There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer located inside the condo. There is parking for one vehicle and the garage is 17 feet long and 7 feet wide. The height is not an issue. If you have a larger group we also have properties that are within walking to this condo so you can rent them together! The homes located just steps away are on our site as Jamaican Beach Cottage, The Sand Dollar, The Family Plan, Sadie's, Mike's and Ray's oceanfront beach house just one buidling over on Oceanfront walk!!   Saturday to Saturday reservation 7 night minimum. June of 2009 will
  offer Friday to Friday reservation only. Sorry no exceptions can be
  made.
• $350-500.00 refundable reservation/damage deposit required on each vacation home
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax required in addtion to rental rates on all reservation under 30 days.
• Cleaning fee is assessed and required on all vacation homes.
• All rates are plus 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax for rental under 30 days
