This is a newly constructed house situated on a unique piece of property surrounded by 800 feet of seawall that rests on the Estero Bay. The views are nothing less than tremendous, experiencing the sunrise and moonrise first and foremost. You are surrounded by nature, seeing dolphins, birds, and manetees, throughout the day. There is a salt water, zero edge pool and waterfall, including an elevated hot tub. Every room has a perfect view as if you were on an island! . There are  five suites. The master bedroom includes his and hers private bathrooms with all granite and marble,1000 square feet of bedroom, fireplace, and 42" TV,  as well as a viewing room overlooking the water. The four other suites include private bathrooms. 

   There is a security deposit required ,a cleanng fee, and a 11% bed tax.

Gourmet Kitchen: Wolf Stove, microwave, coffee,Tossimo coffee, dishwasher, and laundry room.

Entertainment: Grand Piano, billard room, bar, yoga Room, WiFi internet, phone line, 42" TV's in 4 of the suites, entertainment TV in double bed's room for children.

Outdoors: Salt water pool and hot tub, patio for excersise or Meditation, Cabana

We supply all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, two bikes. The house is solely Gated. The beach is walking distance.     

Bonita Springs has many activities and attractions including- Bonita Beach, Docs Beach House (which has incredible jerk wings!), canoe rentals, mini golf, and many family-styled restaurants. Coconut Point, a meditteranean-styled outdoor shopping center, where you can gather, dine, shop, and watch a movie, is merely a 12 minute drive away.

There are beautiful sunsets, para-sailing, jet skiing, volleyball, shelling, boat rentals, fishing, and much more!
