Jacksonville Beach direct oceanfront condo. Beautiful and peaceful, large top floor unit with big balcony overlooking pool, sundeck dunes and the beach. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room and living room!

Condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, tiled floors, gourmet kitchen w/corian counters and under-cabinet lighting on a dimmer switch (very romantic at night). Other amenities include a 32" Insignia HDTV in Living Room (with an ocean backdrop), 27" Sony Trinitron in MB, DVD, and VCR/expanded cable w/HBO. Condo has queen size beds in the master bedroom and spare room, and queen size sleep sofa for an additional 2 people. The oceanfront balcony has a table and chairs for morning coffee or evening dining while watching the surf. A true beach penthouse!!!

NO PETS or SMOKING in the condo or on the balcony. THERE WILL BE A $300 CHARGE FOR ANY PETS OR SMOKING.

Building is not handicap accessible. Condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

Walk to festive area of Jacksonville Beach with fine & casual shopping and dining. You can also enjoy a day at one of the Beaches luxurious spas which are within walking distance of the condo. If you don't already know, you will find that South Jax Beach is one of the most casual, laid-back areas on Earth. Flat beach for biking, walking, jogging, sunning, shelling. Surf-fishing or fishing from the Jax beach pier is at your back door as well as great offshore charters. Sometimes you may want to just sit on the beach, by the pool or on the balcony and read one of the exciting or romantic novels I have in the condo.
