Vacation Rental Description

This newly constructed condo is located in beautiful Playa del  
Carmen. A two block walk to the famous pedestrian promenade, 5th  
Avenue.  The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a  
direct access to the swimming pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a very light and comfortable living dining area with a  
modern open kitchen that is fully equipped.  The bedroom has a king  
size bed, a built-in closet and entrance to the bathroom. The unit  
has central Air Conditioning, a washer and dryer and sufficient bed  
and bath linens are provided.

Activities and Attractions

This is the most laid back community in the Yucatan. In fact, this  
town does not allow buildings over 3 stories tall. Cars are not even  
allowed on the hand laid cobble stone street of Playa del Carmen's  
5th Avenue. This street is used for pedestrians only. Vacationers go  
there to shop, meet locals, bar hop, and eat at some of the best  
international restaurants in the world! After a night of shopping on  
5th Avenue, wake up late and walk to the beach to get a tan in the  
middle of January! Or snorkel with the most exotic tropical fish in  
the world! With everything there is to do its impossible for anyone  
to not have an experience of a lifetime.
