Vacation Rental Description

Perfectly located, we are what is called "oceanfront/beachside." The 
name of the complex is Colony Beach Club. 
  A wonderful location, you cross no 
streets to get to the beach. The condo is on the second floor with a 
private balcony and covered parking.  
  We are located on 
the desirable "no drive" area of the beach and we are within walking 
distance of shopping and excellent dining.

This attractive condo offers all the comforts of home.Central air 
conditioned and heated, features a fully equipped 
bright kitchen with all the needed appliances including dish washer, 
microwave, range, refrigerator, and coffee maker.  All the cooking 
utensils and dinnerware are available for eating in or if you choose 
you can enjoy one of the many local fine restaurants that are only a 
short drive away.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, full size bath, cable TV and 
great views of the ocean where you can listen to the ocean surf on 
those cool nights.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.  

Linens and towels are provided.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a great coastline 
view.  There is cable TV with DVD and there is 
a queen size sleeper sofa that can easily accomodate two people.

In addition to the dining room the kitchen has an eat-in counter for 
those informal lunches or snacks.

When you aren't enjoying the comfort of the condo you can enjoy an 
evening walk along this 10 mile coast line of white sandy beaches.

* Antique Shopping Pavilions.
* Sugar Mill Ruins and Turnbull Ruins are all close by. 
* Horseback riding, hiking and bike rentals are also available.
* Access to park and tennis courts nearby.
* Ten golf courses within easy access.
* World famous Daytona Beach is only 20 minutes away.

The beautiful Inter-coastal Waterway, just minutes away, offers a 
great variety of fishing and water sports wtih ocean 
access...snorkeling, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, surfing. 
(Boat rentals are available), river cruises, and catamaran sailing.

If you're a gambler, there are two gambling Cruise Lines offering 
free 4 hour cruises twice daily within easy driving distance from 
the condo.

In addition to the local sites to see, there are also "more famous" 
attractions within an hour's drive, including Disney World, 
Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs (manatee viewing), 
Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International 
Speedway, and beautiful and historic St. Augustine. These are all 
easy "day trips" from New Smyrna Beach.

And don't forget, Central Florida is a golfer's paradise, so come 
prepared to tee it up! There are ten golf courses within easy 
driving distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

The In-Season rates - May 1 to Sept 30 - are 865$ per week.and $2595 
per month.12.5% tax plus a $67.50 
cleaning fee will be applied to each rental.

The Off-Season rates - Oct 1 to Apr 30 - are $805 per week, 
 and $1860 per month.  12.5% tax plus a $67.50 
cleaning fee will be applied to each rental.


No Smoking, No pets, please.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 people

Check-In: 2:00PM - 5:00PM  Monday-Saturday
Check-Out: 10:00AM

$200 Deposit refundable with 60 days notice of cancellation. Deposit 
not applied to rental, but will be refunded within 30 days after 
departure.  No credit cards, personal checks accepted.
