Enjoy our 4 bedroom lake front home on Bashan Lake, East Haddam. Have fun in your own backyard amusement park. Slide down the hill on our custom made 65' water slide! Coming this summer! Large private dock for boat hook-up. Jump off and swim to our private floating dock or just relax in the sun. At night relax and enjoy spectacular views of the sun setting from the backyard while eating dinner, on the inclosed porch or down at the dock for one last swim. Who needs a TV? NOT US! Don't expect cable or internet, because there is none! We do have a TV with DVD/VCR. Get away from it all, just you and your family spending some quality time together. If action is what you seek, don't worry there is plenty do in town & near bye. From golf courses to casinos to outlet malls to fine dining, we have it all. Come stay in our home for a fun filled family getaway. Sorry, but family pets need to sit this one out.

Ping Pong table and your own running WATER SLIDE! Plenty of board games and one TV with dvd/vhs player for those rainy days:( Lake front private bar and firepit. Dine out at sunset on the dock, folding tables and chairs in bar area make it easy and fun.

There is plenty to do in East Haddam and towns near by from golf courses to kayak rentals, shopping and eating, we have it all. Goodspeed Opera House, as well as Gillette’s Castle right here in our town. Plenty of hiking trails, visit Devil's Hopyard. Eat along the river or take in a show, tour the outlets in Westbrook and Clinton. Eat at award winning local restaurants scattered up & down the river. Jump aboard the Essex dinner train that will take you a step back in time with its forties style fine dining and music. This area offers restaurants at its best, as well as nightlife. From movie theaters, to riverboat cruises, to sunset walks on the beach you won’t be disappointed. A short drive will land you in Mystic, where you can find tall ships, an aquarium & plenty of stuff shops. Foxwoods and Mohegan sun are forty-five minutes away as well. Everything you need for a great vacation!
