Cliffview Condominiums is located on the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels. Enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 400' ft of Riverfront! Tube rental and shuttle on site. During the summer you can enjoy multiple tubing and rafting locations nearby: Canyon Lake, Comal River and San Marcos River.
This is a newly constructed luxurious 4BR/3Bath home right on the Guadaupe River between the 2nd and 3rd crossing on River Road in the community of Cliffview Condominiums. This home will sleep 8-10 guest. Open Living Room/Dining/Kitchen with extra ammenities.
The new Disposable Container Law in New Braunfelsdoes not apply to our section of the Guadalupe River. Ban applies to the Guadalupe River within the City Limits of New Braunfels.

You will need to bring: Blankets for beds, extra Pillows, Swimming Towels, bar soap, charcoal, Food.
