Vacation Rental Description

The villa contains 4 bedrooms  
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, it's own bath and seperate  
shower.It also has his and hers wash basins. 
The second bedroom has a double bed. 
The Third and Fourth bedroom have twin beds and these bedrooms share  
a second bathroom 
It has 2 seperate living areas, one containing a TV and DVD/VCR combo  
and Game cube with limited films and games. 
The other is a quiet sitting area 
It has a breakfast/dining table and also a formal dining area 
It has airconditioning/heating and ceiling fans 
There is an outdoor (heated at extra cost) pool within a screened  
area overlooking Polo Park golf course. This area also has a ceiling  
fan 
The fully fitted kitchen is well furnished with all mod cons

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are many facilities within Esprit including a large communal  
pool,  basketball court,Tennis Court  and a golf course for which a  
green fee is payable 
There is a large 400 acre lake  for fishing and walking 
It is only a short drive from all the amenities of Kissimmee and  
Disney 
There is a garage/store,bank,bar and gift shop within easy walking  
distance 
Orlando International Airport is 20 miles away

Activities and Attractions

Disney Maingate and it's associated parks are within a 10/15 minute  
drive 
International Drive and Universal Studios are about 30 minutes away 
Busch Gardens is an hours drive west down I-4 towards Tampa 
There are many Golf courses within a few miles of our Villa 
The many attractions and restaurants of Highway 192  are but a short  
drive

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season  £510/$800 per week  Xmas New Year  Easter  July till mid  
September 
Mid Season   £475/$750 per week  Easter till July  September till  
October 
Low Season   £425/$750 all other dates 
Discounts for extended stays  
These prices are inclusive of Florida taxes
