Dishwasher, washer dryer, wireless internet, 2 wireless phones with unlimited calling within NorthAmerica. Tv's in each bedroom and with main tv flat screen 42inch. IPOD docking station also available.

Nice backyard that is ceramic tiled w/ patio furniture and barbque for nights you want to stay in

The Right Place for us

We just spent a two month vacation at this property 15 Jan / 15 Mar 2013. The fact that we tried to book it again for next year tells the story. First of all the owners were very helpful & accommodating. We found the property very clean & tidy with everything that we needed in a vacation home, from the beach chairs, to the barbecue, patio set, the three t.v's, the 3 bathrooms & did I mention free internet & telephone calls anywhere in the U.S. & Canada. Did I tell you, it's a twenty minute drive to Tampa Airport, about ten or twelve minutes to Clearwater Airport, probably eighteen / twenty minutes to Clearwater Beach, just a few minutes to grocery stores, golf courses, etc. I would book before the end of the day if I could get it for next year. From our perspective, this vacation rental comes highly recommended.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: One of the nicest, kindess people we have ever met and did business with.
I hope they come back and visit us again soon.

Future guest to our home get a taste of home while on vacation. We try to treat all our guest, the way we want to be treated, when we are away from home and making fond memories!

Worth the money!

Transaction was very pleasant with owner. Property was clean and roomy with all the amenities one could expect including beach accessories. The drive to any of the beaches was relatively short. Property was not immaculate but in very decent order and employed good decor. Would stay here again anytime!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, romantic getaway
