360 Degree Roof Top View Bayside Home in Mission Bay

This bayside beauty is just steps from the bay and across the street from the beach! This the level home boasts 3 bedrooms, three full baths (one with a jacuzzi tub!), two parking spots and bay view patios. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hard wood floors. Finally, the whole prpoerty is crowned by a magnificent patio with 360 degree views. There is seating and a barbeque on the patio as well, making it the perfect place to enjoy a cookout while soaking in the view!

There is a full size washer and dryer located in the garage and we have surf boards, bikes, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs for all to use.

This bay home is only 3 houses away from beautiful Mission Bay. The roof top patio is great  to sit and relax while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning to watch the intoxicating sunrise on the bay and also  for a fun filled family/ friend BBQ to watch the breath taking sunsets on the beach. Don't forget the perfect view of the Sea World fire works :)

Our home comes equipped with everything you would need to make for a true home away from home experience. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, linens provided, attached one car garage with a covered car port next to it. 2 queen size bed and a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top, pack n play, and air mattress if needed. HDTV/cable, Free Wifi, CD/DVD player, and stereo. 3 full baths with a Jacuzzi tub in one of them.

Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steal appliances, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, all utensils needed. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.

Charcoal BBQ, patio furniture, and a 400 sq ft roof top deck with a 360 degree view of the Mission Bay and Mission Beach. 4 additional private balconies to enjoy.

All rooms have ceiling fans.  Outside shower to rinse off in. We provide bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. We also provide complimentary wine, beer, sparkling, and flat water.

There are so many activities in the area, it will be hard to list them all!
