Vacation Rental Description

Right on the Beach !!!  This condo is  one of the most 
prestigeous as well as unique on the beach. It is on a no driving 
zone.  To the West is a mangrove swamp and the Beach is to the 
East.  Minutes away from the natural national seashore, 
restaurants and one hour from Orlando.  Only a few owners rent 
their condos in this exclusive complex.

   My unit is my summer residence -Atelier- where collections of 
artifacts have gathered over the years.  I have completely redone 
all bathrooms in Florientina tile and the upmost in furnishings.  
Splash tile is from Brazil and have personally painted in faux all 
walls.


  The beach comes into my place from its view and sound of 
waves crashing, the rising moon and setting sun add to the 
ambiance. But the real reward is the comfort and warmth of an 
ecclectic, alive yet warm place to call home.  We love Atelier 
Bernard and know you will too.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rates ... $165/night , 3 night minimum, .. $ 950/week .. 
$2850/month
Special Events .. $225/night   5 night minimum .. $1350/week
Special events include Race Week, Bike Week & Holiday Weeks
ADD: 11/5% Tax, $1/day Phone Charge, $60 Clean-up Fee for 5 
days or over.
$300 Deposit
July 4th Weekend .. $500/weekend.
May ............................................. $ 650/week .. $2400/month
