Located on the Gulf of Mexico the two bedroom, 1200 sq. ft. condo is
equipped to make your vacation as easy as possible. One bedroom has two twin beds, with an adjoining bath; and the other features a kingsized bed with a personal bath. There is also a sitting/sleeping room with a futon that allows the condo to accomodate 6 people maximum if necessary.

The kitchen is equipped with built-in microwave, electric range, dishwasher, disposal, and all china, silverware, knives, etc. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have high speed internet, Wi-Fi and unlimited FREE long distance (NOTE Using your computer to access a long distance modem e.g. dial up internet or FAXING  is not allowed and will be billed at $.20 per minute). Dial-up internet can only be used if the the access number is local.  So, just bring your laptop or cell phone to stay connected with the outside world!

The kitchen opens into the dining room and living room which are open to each other for maximum space and light. There are three TVs, a DVD/VCR player, telephone, and CD player.

Start your day off with a hot cinnamon roll from the bakery that's just a short bike ride away; sit poolside to read a book or watch the kids; or just comb the beach for sea shells, surf-fish, or dolphin watch. The unit is very close to both the swimming pool and the boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico; and, overall, nothing's very far away!

Unlike Gulf Shores, Dauphin Island has a very laid-back life style.
There are no amusement parks,water slides, movie theaters, etc.
which some renters seek.

There is an estuarium where you and your family can view all of the
sea creatures indiginous to the area. There is also a golf course,
Fort Gaines (which has a long history of protecting the mouth of
Mobile Bay), bicycle and running paths, a bird sanctuary which is
reputed to be one of the best in the southeast. There are several
good restaurants, a local store which offers everything from food to
hardware, and boat charters for fishing or just sightseeing. There
is also a grocery store fifteen minutes from the island for serious
shopping or where you can stop on your way to the condo, or check out the fresh foods at the weekend farmers' market.

Mobile is only 35 miles from Dauphin Island and, thus, day trips can
be made easily to see the sights and sounds of the city. There is
also a ferry boat service which can take you to Gulf Shores and the Foley outlets in 45
minutes in case the children don't agree with the quiet life. You are also only 20 minutes from Bellingrath Gardens which are spectacular year 'round, and offer a wonderful Christmas night light tour.

There is also a bike trail off of the main road which allows for protected biking for the entire length of the island.  If you don't want to haul your bike, you can easily rent one on the Island - or a jet ski if you want to tour by water!

$300 security deposit required to hold your reservation. There is a $75 cleaning fee otherwise our rates include everything else 
  No hidden charges.
Security deposit is refundable with 4 weeks cancellation notice, or at post-departure inspection.  

During peak season, half of the rental amount is due 28 days prior to arrival, and the remaining half due 14 days prior to arrival.
