We offer this home Sat to Sat in the summer season beginning June 15th. Sometimes we can make exceptions, so please give a call. The entry level offers one bedroom that has twin and full size bunk bed and a private bathroom. There is acess to the inside of the house through the garage or the side gated area. Washer and dryer is located inside the garage and there is an outdoor shower just at the entry with fencing for privacy! Upstairs on the 2nd level the living area and open kitchen make for a great space for all to gather and enjoy your favorite meal or settle in to watch your favorite TV show with teh Large flat screen TV. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living area and a balcony that has outdoor seating and a gas grill. One more bathoom on this level. The third level offers the Master Loft Bedroom. King bed, Flat screen TV, Private Bath all await you in this Master's Loft. We are so excited to offer this home to our mix of properties. We have several other homes in the same area so this is a perfect property to mix and match if you have a family reunion or larger groups traveling together.

Mission Beach is a 5-mile peninsula that is quite unique as it offers the beautiful Pacific Ocean and white sandy beach on one side and the tranquil Mission Bay beach on the other. The entire peninsula is only a couple of blocks wide so at any given point you will be literally within just a few minutes walk to either beach or bayside shoreline. Because of this layout all of our vacation homes are ideally situated for easy beach access. You may wish to be oceanfront for the great sunsets and people watching from the famous Mission Beach Boardwalk, or if you desire a bit more privacy just move back a few homes behind the oceanfront for a courtside home which are always a bit less in rent and more private (most of our courtside homes also have a great view of either the beach or bay!). The bay front walk homes also offer an awesome view with less activity than the homes on oceanfront walk. So what ever you choose...beachside, bayside, or courtside.. Be assured you will be just steps away from fabulous sunsets, an abundance of water activities, or the privacy of your patio to curl up with a good book!!! • Summer: Memorial Day week thru Labor Day (Sat to Sat only). If you need to stay other than Saturday to Saturday, please call us as we may be able to accommodate you.
• Sept to May we require 3 night minimum, Holidays 7 night minimum (please call if you require less than 7 days as we may be flexible on certain holidays)
• Monthly Rates require 30 days or more. Monthly rates my vary depending on the time of year ex: One month over a holiday period will be greater than one month over no holidays.
• Some properties require 6 month lease for specific rate.
• Summer 5/25-9/10 we require Saturday to Saturday reservation 7 night minimum. Sorry no exceptions can be made.
• $200 refundable cleaning deposit required on each vacation home + damage coverage option of $350 refundable damage deposit or paying a $39 waiver for up to $3000 in unintentional damages.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• 11.05% Tax required in addtion to rental rates on all reservation under 30 days.
• Cleaning fee is assessed and required on all vacation homes.
