You will love this wonderful home with Custom built Lagoon style Pool w/waterfall. It is only a 5 min walk to beach! This updated home features 4 large bedroom suites with each with full custom tile/travertine bathrooms. The bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 4 twins, but we can convert the twins to king beds and make them so comfortable that you won't know they are twins! Each bedroom has a outdoor lanai. There is also a den with futon for extra sleeping.
The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for gourmet chefs. It features granite and travertine counters with eating bar, bamboo bar chairs and ocean view.
The house is situated only a short stroll to famous Magic Sands Beach or Kahulu'u Beach Park (awesome snorkel beach).
A tropical stained glass window greets you at the front door.
There is a covered lanai just off the kitchen with built in gas BBQ and comfortable seating. You can hear the waves crashing from most rooms in the house.
The owner has installed a water purification system throughout the house, so there is no need to purchase bottled water!
