This is a comfortable Patio Villa in the Village of Woodbury, It comes fully furnished with vaulted ceilings, screened lanai and a gas golf cart. It is approximately one mile from the adult pool and the recreation center sport pool. The villa is situated in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. It sleeps 4 with the possiblility of adding 2 more on the sleeper sofa.

Kitchen has a round table with four chairs, with additional seating at the island counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and also has a pantry. The dining area will sit 6 comfortably. In the living room is a new flat screen TV with supplied standard cable, sleeper sofa, and two recliners. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, as well as dresser, amoire and side chair with a private bathroom with walk-in shower. (sheets and towels are provided) The guest bedroom has twin beds and a large closet and a TV. The high speed internet is located in this room. Washer and dryer are in the garage and fully functional.
Pets are allowed.

The Villages is an active 55+ gated community requiring ID cards and gate passes (supplied with a $50 fee).
With the purchase of guest passes the renter has access to FREE golf at over 27 Executive Golf courses or can play at several Champoinship Courses for a minimal fee. Enjoy spending the day relaxing by the pool, playing pickle ball, shuffleboard, or taking a class at one of the fabulous recreation centers. Take a short 20 minute ride (by golf cart) to the town square for shopping, the movies, dining, or dancing to the nightly music on the square. There is always something going on in The Villages.
