is meticulously cared for. Perfect for entertaining, huge back patio
and garden. Beautiful sun deck in the front. Nestled up in the hills
of Hollywood, views of the city, walk to many shops, cafes,
restaurants, and Universal City. Words can’t even describe the
loveliness experienced when your in this home, you may never want to
leave!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Where do I start! Ok this place is packed. Huge beautiful garden
perfect for entertaining, 3 fire pits, a hot tub, a daybed swing, lots
of outdoor seating, a sun deck, a beautiful fountain with goldfish.
The garden dining room sits among this beauty, take a look at the
pictures. There are flat screen TV's in every room, even the bathroom.
Speakers also piped throughout the house. Designer furniture, chic
exotic decor, warm lighting, and fresh flowers in every room. We have
a full menu of services including daily turn down service, catering/
party set ups, dry cleaning, private chef, massage, private yoga, etc,
just ask and we will get you the services you desire. House also has
Wifi, DVD, CD, Cable, and an office area with printer and fax. This
place is so well done it absolutely trumps the best penthouse suite in
LA, and for
a fraction of the price.

Activities and Attractions

Located in the hills near Universal and Hollywood. There is so much to
do and everything is so close. The bus is literally down the hill
which can take you anywhere in the area. Lots of great restaurants and
cafes in the neighborhood.

Peak Season: June 1st - Sept 1st.

weekly $2,200 - $2,800 per week
nightly $350 - $500 per night

Off Season: Sept 1st - June 1st

Weekly $2,000 - $2,500 per week
nightly $300 - $450 per night
