Search for seashells as you stroll the sugar sandy beach and dip your
toes in the gentle flow of the waves.  Or, take an early morning swim
in our heated pool and relax in the Jacuzzi.  Then lay back and get a
Florida tan on our comfortable 30 foot wide oceanfront balcony.  
Then be awed by our beautiful sunsets you can enjoy each evening 
while sipping your favorite beverage of choice. Master bedroom is 
kingsize with cozy king bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 
TV.  New leather furniture and new wide 54” screen TV.  Fresh 
linens, fully equipped kitchen.

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates(2 week minimum rental)

Jan 26 to April 25 - $1,300 per week
April 26 to Aug 29 - $900 per week
Sept 30 to Nov 28 - $850 per week
Nov 29 to Dec 26 - $900 per week
Enjoy a 4 weeks or more vacation and deduct 10%
